Samsung Galaxy Z Flip Lite might be launching in the coming year. Though Samsung hasn’t officially announced anything related to this, the rumor has it that the phone will be an affordable foldable display variant with Ultra-Thin Glass (UTG). The company has already launched devices such as its Galaxy Z Fold 2 and Galaxy Z Flip using UTG earlier. The Galaxy Z Flip is priced at Rs. 84,999 while the other is priced at Rs. 1,49,999 accordingly.
We have also heard that the company is already trying to do its R&D in cheaper UTG as it’s a key component in flip smartphones. This will not only cut back the companies cost but will also make the smartphone more affordable to the public. Next year, more companies are going to launch foldable phones, so the company will try to minimize the prices to compete against other rivals.
The phone may come with a similar form as the Galaxy Z Flip with a clamshell design. We also think that the production of the new smartphone will be in larger units this might hint at its global reach of this product to all its users.
2021 will be a big year for new types of smartphones lets see if Samsung is gonna hit the mark or miss it with this UTG affordable model smartphone. The Galaxy Z Flip Lite might launch along with the Galaxy S21 smartphone range. It also says, next year we will not see the Galaxy Note series.
