The new Oppo Watch has finally available to purchase in India. Oppo has launched both 41mm & 46mm models in the country and priced both watches in the mid-range category. The Oppo Watch is quite expensive than an Amazfit GTS, Amazfit T-Rex & Fossil Sports. Though it is pricey than the other smartwatches, it offers lots of advanced functions and runs on Wear OS by Google. It comes in two versions, 41mm & 46mm of displays with AMOLED screen. The display of Oppo Watch is very similar to the Apple Watch, even it gets 326ppi pixel density.
The Wear OS by Google platform opens plenty of essential apps for the watch and there are also the company’s own watch faces that you can use. It supports NFC function in the country that you can use to pay wireless transactions. You can make contactless payments using Google Pay, which is highly popular in the country. The other Google Assistant, Google Fit & Play Store apps are also available on the watch. Unfortunately, the ECG function which is now a day common on most premium smartwatches is missing on the Oppo Watch, when it is available on the Chinese version. For the fastest charging, Oppo comes with a VOOC charging that charges 50% battery in 13 minutes and 100% battery in 76 minutes.
It has built-in GPS technology along with heart rate, breathing, stress, and sleep sensors. It powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon 3100 & Apollo 3 processors and it has 1GB RAM & 8GB storage. You can save music on the device, get smart notifications, find the watch, music control, and many other functions. In India, Oppo has released WiFi-only models, even when there is eSIM supporting models to make or receive calls. Oppo Watch is now available to pre-order on Amazon & Flipkart in India. It has priced at Rs. 14,990 for 41mm version and Rs. 19,990 for 46mm model.
