Redmi might be launching its Redmi Watch along with its new Redmi Note 9 series phones arriving on November 26th. Redmi General Manager Lu Weibing is seen throwing hints all this while and has even expected to hold a talk show to explain more about the details on the launch day. The smartphone will launch in China by late evening, according to Beijing Time. With this, the company will also be launching the Poco M3 that will come by Tuesday with two versions of the smartwatch.
We believe that the company already certified the REDMIWT01 with the MIIT in September for the Redmi Watch 01, and it also got certification from the FCC last month for a completely different model number REDMIWT02, hinting at the availability of two smartwatches to be launched. The box at FCC consisted of the watch having a display of 1.4-inch, having a built-in GPS, and a heart rate monitor.
The availability of GPS indicates pre-installed workout modes with features like Swiming Stroke recognition and accurate tracking for your workout sessions. It will be having a battery life of 230mAh ensuring long life with optimum utilization. FCC certifies its compatibility with Android and iOS devices, auto screen brightness, and 24-hour heart rate monitor.
Though we aren’t sure about more differences between the watches, we are sure it will be clear in the launch event to be held in November. Be prepared for not one but 3 smart devices going to launch very soon. In the market, the Redmi Watch will compete with Amazfit Bip U & Realme Watch S.
