Samsung is getting ready to refresh its A-series again with a new Galaxy A17 smartphone. It is quietly launching in many countries, and it will soon land in India. A fresh leak from tipster Abhishek Yadav has revealed the expected pricing for the upcoming Galaxy A17 5G in India. According to the tipster, the prices for 6GB & 128GB will be Rs. 18,999, for 8GB & 128GB will be Rs. 20,499, and for 8GB & 256GB will be priced at Rs. 23,499
What’s interesting is that last year’s Galaxy A16 5G also started at INR 18,999, but that was for the 8GB RAM model. This time, Samsung is keeping the same starting price but introducing a cheaper 6GB RAM option, which makes the entry point more accessible.
On the specs side, the Galaxy A17 5G will sport a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. A 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging is also on board so that you can use it without any worries.
With these upgrades and flexible memory options, Samsung seems to be positioning the Galaxy A17 5G as a strong mid-range contender in India. It will likely go head-to-head with rivals like Realme Narzo 70 series, iQOO Z9, and Redmi Note 14 Pro with these specs and price range.
The official launch date hasn’t been announced yet, but with pricing details already floating around, we can expect the Galaxy A17 5G to make its debut very soon.
