The Under Armour Edition of the Galaxy Watch Active 2 had launched along with the regular version. It comes in the market to track the people who like to stay healthy with daily activities. Though it never revealed in many countries. The smartwatch has entered in few market like the US, Europe & South Korea. Now after the releasing in these countries, Galaxy Watch Active 2 Under Armour Editon has launched in South Africa. After the announcement of the smartwatch in August, the watch has launched in the African country.
The Galaxy Watch Active 2 is one of the most selling smartwatches from the company. The Under Armour Edtion is the same as the original. The only difference is the special edition comes with free MapMyRun services. Users will get free six months of subscription to training plans, intuitive coaching and exclusive compatibility with the UA HOVR running shoes. MapMyRun also comes pre-installed on the watch though you can download it from the Galaxy Store. It comes with only Black colour option.
In South Africa, smaller UA edition available for 8,499 Rand and the bigger model available for 8,999 Rand. Samsung is near to launch its next-generation Galaxy Watch with some advanced functions like Electrocardiogram. It will also get blood pressure, SpO2 and other services. Customers may soon get ECG on the watch as they have waited for a long time. There is no news on whether the users will get Under Armour edition this year in other countries.
