Amazfit GTR 3 Smartwatch Gets FCC Certificate

In the previous leak, we covered that Amazfit GTR 3 & GTR 3e smartwatches have received certification from Anatel, the regulatory filing in Brazil. It is necessary to launch the product in the Latin country. Now, Amazfit GTR 3 has received another certification from the FCC filing. It has passed through the FCC certification site last week, and now it reveals some of its features. Model number A2035 has been assigned to the Amazfit GTR 3, and like its predecessor GTR 2, it will launch with a circular display.

The smartwatch will offer blood oxygen measurement or SpO2 function, reveals Anatel documents. Like the Amazfit GTR 2 eSIM variant, the upcoming watch could get eSIM support in the future. Further, Zepp may open its door for third-party developers to launch their apps for the smartwatch. If that happens, then the Amazfit GTR 3 will become a true smartwatch to compete with other flagship watches.

Amazfit GTR 3 FCC Certification

The Anatel listing shows a silver body for the watch with two physical buttons, and by default offers a black strap. The listing mentions battery on the Amazfit GTR 3 is lower than the GTR 2. The upcoming model will have a 440mAh battery, while the predecessor is having 471mAh power. However, it is too early to come to any conclusion to get actual battery life.

The other watch, Aamzfit GTR 3e has yet to receive FCC certification. Also, we haven’t heard anything about Amazfit GTS 3 lineup. Zepp had launched GTR 2 & GTS 2 series devices at the beginning of this year, so upcoming models may launch at the beginning of 2022. With the next Amazfit series watches, users can expect more health functions.
