The rough & tough smartwatch from Huami, the Amazfit T-Rex is now making an official debut in India. The smartwatch is known for its robust design with military standards. It is the toughest design by far on any Amazfit smartwatches to save it from unwanted damages. The new Amazfit Ares is also received military standard display though the watch has only exclusive to Chinese customers. The T-Rex has mil-std-810 ratings for its AMOLED display protects it while hiking, climbing, swimming, and most of the other outdoor activities. The scratches on Galaxy Watch & Galaxy Watch Active are common so it is better Huami has created such a display.
For the long-lasting service, the wearable comes with 20 days of battery life in normal mode. In the GPS mode you have to compromise on some, but thanks to the power saving mode you can run it longer. It has a 1.3-inch screen in the protection of Corning Gorilla Glass. For fitness, there is an optical heart rate sensor or PPG, a 3-axis accelerator on board. The Amazfit T-Rex is water-resistant up to 50 meters & 5ATM. In the daily activity, you will get 14 sports mode and other outdoor & indoor activities.
In the first update of Amazfit T-Rex, the company has released PAI function which replaces step counter and tells you how your daily activities affect your body. In the weather app, you will UVI function which reminds you about the outside weather. In India, the Amazfit T-Rex smartwatch will launch in the second week of June. The estimated price for the device is Rs. 8,500, lower than Amazfit GTR & Amazfit GTS. The other Amazfit Bip S will launch on June 3 in the country.
