Amazfit Verge Update Gets Amazon Alexa in Europe

With the launch of Amazfit Verge, Huami introduced Amazon Alexa, the voice assistant to the smartwatch. It was the first Huami watch that comes with a personal voice assistant, Amazon Alexa. The irony is, at the start, Amazon Alexa had only got support in the US market. In the global market, it launched without the Alexa tool. Now in the new firmware update, it is going to enter into the European countries. The firmware version 3.2.6.0 is releasing on Amazfit Verge that will seed this personal assistant on your smartwatch.

The company has officially confirmed the news and also released the software piece in some European countries. The new feature will support in UK, Spain, France, Germany & Italy. The latest function will allow you to take control of your smartwatch with your voice. You can set the alarm, sports update, to-do list, translation, get calendar reminders, open the apps and ask for help.

The users in the European region from these countries will get the update in the coming days. Huami has launched a new Amazfit Verge 2 smartwatch but still has to get the Alexa support. Amazfit Verge is one of the best selling Huami smartwatch in the world, and the company is improving it with every update. The 3.2.6.0 firmware update in other countries will roll out in the coming weeks. You can go to Settings on your paired smartphone and check for the latest version.
