In less than a month cycle, Garmin has released its newest 11.10 stable firmware version for Fenix 6 Series & Marq series smartwatches. The new 11.10 stable update brings plenty of features compared to previous 10.10 stable version. The first major gain in the software is the Livetrack 2.0 feature. The new or updated Livetrack 2.0 will allow Garmin Connect users to share Live event sharing along with main real-time information sharing from an outdoor activities. We have to use the Livetrack 2.0 function to see how Live event sharing will affect users in positive way. If you are already using it since the beta version, then you can share the experience of Livetrack 2.0 upgrade version.

The other main addition in the new firmware is Smart Trainer in Bike Indoor Trainer. It is the option that allows you to connect the trainer to the third-party apps and join the courses, activities and other workouts. It is not new function, as the Garmin Edge series users have access to the function. To activate the function, you have to go to Bike Indoor trainer menu on your Fenix 6 Series & Marq Series smartwatches. The Forerunner 945 is the other watch in the list that has received this function from the company. As I said, you will not see this function working unless you enable it from the Bike Indoor trainer menu.
