The report for best selling smartphones for Q1 2020 has revealed some exciting fluctuations. The Strategy Analytics report shows the Galaxy A51 & Xiaomi Redmi 8 was the most purchased smartphone for the first quarter of 2020. The top rank has filled up with Samsung & Xiaomi smartphones. Samsung witnessed its four phones Galaxy A51, Galaxy S20+, Galaxy A10s & Galaxy A20s are in the top ranking. Since the launch of the Galaxy S20 series, all three models have disappointed by their poor sales. Though, Galaxy S20+ has maintained good sales by grabbing a spot on the list.
The Galaxy A51 is carrying the legacy of Galaxy A50, which repeatedly comes in the best smartphone sales ranking of 2020. The Galaxy A51 is the most selling smartphone in the first quarter, which shows users like A50 series devices. With the market of 2.3% shares, it is on top, followed by Xiaomi Redmi 8 with 1.9% market shares. The Xiaomi device in the list is Redmi Note 8, with 1.6% shares, sharing the same numbers with the Galaxy A10s model.
On the last spot, Galaxy A20s is enjoying a 1.4% slice of share. Recently, Strategy Analytics declared best selling smartwatches where Apple, Samsung & Garmin has grabbed most market shares. The smartwatch data has filled with different companies, but the smartphones still captured by Samsung & Xiaomi. Apple’s iPhone XR is not on the list, so we have to see the next iPhone SE 2020 device’s performance in the coming months.
