The latest April security patch update for Galaxy M31 has gone wrong for many users, which in result has broken the device. Today, Samsung dispatched Android’s April 1st security update for Indian users to improve the performance but looks like it turned in another way. Many users are complaining about it on the Samsung community of India and the social media pages & groups related to Samsung on Facebook. When users start installing the new firmware, it gives an error with the ‘Downloading’ screen, and it stuck there.
As per the instruction on the screen, many users tried to restart the Galaxy M31 by pressing the Volume Down key + Power button at the same time, but they failed. The users said when they press the buttons, they go to the reboot screen but again instead of restarting the device it comes back to Downloading screen. The Galaxy M31 users have shared screenshots from the other smartphones and send it to the Samsung Support team.
Still, there is no official answer from the company on this issue. The problem is, due to the lockdown in India, the Samsung service centers are closed in all the cities, and very few employees are working in the office. We will inform you when there is official news from the company about the issue.
