The Galaxy Note 10 Pro model Will probably have a quad camera setup on the back side and dual front camera setup in conventional method at the right corner. Probably 5G model of the device is predicted to have a triple front camera setup.
The major change in the design is that Samsung has done away with a traditional 3.5 mm headphone jack, this change was being in speculation from a few months. On the lower-end model of Galaxy Note 10, physical volume and power button continue to exist, though the Bixby key has been predicted to be removed. But there is a change in the location of the power button, that is shifted below the volume button on the left side of the device. As the Bixby key has been axed, but Android Pie allows to launch Bixby by the long pressing power button.

There is certainly a 5G variant of the Note 10, as reported by some leaks as well as it was noted in Samsung source code.
