Samsung’s flagship smartphones of 2020, the Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+ & S20 Ultra are now receiving Google’s July security patch. Galaxy S20 series is always the first device to get the latest security patches and this month is no different. The latest firmware version G98*NKSU1ATFD is now releasing for the Galaxy S20 lineup. It has added a new function to enable Bluetooth microphones when using a voice recording app. Further, the MirrorLink function has terminated from the device.
In the new version, Samsung has improved camera performance by enhancing image quality. As per the changelog, the company has improved zoom magnification image quality and video image stabilization. In every single update, Samsung tries its best to enhance Galaxy S20 camera performance. In the recent firmware, Samsung has fixed short-range focus and added Close-up zoom functions. We have to look further to check the camera results after the new changes.
Now coming back to the MirorLink feature, it has shut down by Samsung on June 1st. You can continue this service until you change your smartphone, factory reset it, or remove the data from your smartphone. Once you remove it, then you can’t use MirrorLink again. The new software is available in Samsung’s home country and soon we see it in other regions. To check it manually, go to Settings and then Software updates.
