The firmware was first launched in South Korea, and now users in India can also have it. It is the same version and doesn’t bring any new features or changes. The latest update focuses on security improvements and overall system stability, ensuring a safer and smoother user experience for tablet users.
The firmware version deployed on the tablet is X216BXXSAEZA5 and comes in a 486MB file size. The firmware comes with the January 1, 2026, security patch, which addresses multiple security vulnerabilities identified in previous versions. Samsung notes that after installing this update, users will not be able to downgrade to older software versions due to updated security policies.
