The date for the next Samsung smartwatches in the Galaxy Wearable lineup is coming near. The first half of this year has gone empty, and now we could expect the next-gen Galaxy Watch will launch in Q2 2021. The famous leakster Ice Universe has also confirmed this news. Further, it claims Samsung would launch both Galaxy Watch 4 & Galaxy Watch Active 4 in the second half. It is a big leak, and if it became true, then in the same year, users will get two flagship smartwatches in the market.
Of course, the work of these watches will match with each other, but on a different platform. The source claims, one Samsung watch will adopt Android’s Wear OS by Google software. There is no evidence about which wearable will go with Wear OS, and which one will stay with Tizen OS. The source also comes ahead and claiming the next watch will come with a Blood Glucose monitoring function. The next-gen watches like Apple Watch Series 7, Fitbit Sense 2, and many other watches are also preparing for Blood Glucose function.
It is not clear why Samsung is going with Wear OS. It may be with both platforms, Samsung trying to beat Apple, Huawei & the other companies. Still, we have to receive images and other specs of the devices. In the coming weeks, we might get more specifications of the Galaxy Watch 4 & Galaxy Watch Active 4.
