Garmin has not announced any of its new smartwatches in the previous CES 2020 Las Vegas event. The company always has shown up with some of the creative models in every CES event but this year, it was different. Although the company has now come up with two brand new smartwatches. The first one is Tactix Delta and the second one is Approach S62. The Tactix Delta is a military-grade commercial smartwatch highlight some robust features. And Approach S62 is the revised version of Approach S60, added with some new functions.
New Garmin Tactix Delta has a 1.4-inch screen of 280 x 280 resolution and display is visible in sunlight and transflective memory-in-pixel technology. It offers 21 days of battery life and 80 days in battery saver mode. It is impressive because these days, most of the smartwatches provide less than a week’s battery life. The main feature is its Kill Switch function. It erases all the user data from the smartwatch when you switch it. The company says if the security becomes an issue, then you wipe all the data.
Other Approach S62 GPS golf edition comes with a 1.3-inch display. It offers 14 days of battery life and it falls to 20 hours in GPS mode. It has a Pulse Ox sensor and the heart rate monitor along with other fitness functions. Both Tactix Delta and Approach S62 golf edition watches are now available to purchase. To buy a new smartwatch, go to the Garmin website or online retailers in the major markets.
