The day finally came when WhatsApp has received a dark mode feature. The dark mode function quite a hot topic since the release of the Android 10 version and the iOS 13 update for iPhone & iPad users. Many apps have launched night mode function on their apps in the recent updates. Apps like Facebook, Instagram, Gmail, Google, Twitter, Microsoft Outlook and many others can allow users to activate the dark mode. The main benefit of this mode is that you can save battery life. It uses very few colors, mostly black color in the dim mode so it will not affect battery life.

Activate Dark Mode on WhatsApp
1. Open WhatsApp Messenger
2. Tap on 3 dots (On upper right corner)
3. Go to Settings
4. Select Chat submenu
5. Here you will see Theme option
6. Finally, choose Dark mode
This is the way to enable or activate dark mode on WhatsApp. At the time of writing, the update is only available for beta users. If you have applied for beta testing, then you can use it before public users. All remaining users will get the update in the coming weeks. All Samsung, Xiaomi, LG, Moto, Vivo, Oppo, Realme and other Android users can install the new version.
