Honor Band 5i has just landed in the Chinese market. It does not even go on sale and the parent company of Honor, the Huawei has launched new Band 4 in the market. The Huawei Band 4 carries all the features of Honor Band 5i. Even it is comparative in the same price segment. Honor Band 5i is the first wearable band that has built-in USB-A charging port, where users can plug-in it to the charging board. Now we can see the same USB-A plug & charge feature on Band 4. It has inherited from the original one with the same way to charge it.
The other similar near-identical feature is the SpO2 blood monitoring sensor to measure the blood level. The SpO2 blood measurement feature is on Honor Band 5 & 5i though it is still exclusive to the Huawei & Honor fitness trackers. We may see this feature on the next Fitbit, Samsung or Mi bands. It comes with a 0.96-inch display in graphite black, coral pink and amber sunrise color choices. Like a big brother, it supplies 7-9 days battery backup depends on your daily usage.
For the swimmers, it offers swim-proof design up to 5ATM & 50 meters. It supports NFC to make digital payments in selected places and for fitness use, it comes with pre-added workout modes. The Huawei Band 4 has already launched in Malasia & Thailand for $22. In China, it will hit the market from November 1. In the middle of November, it will start its journey in other countries.
