The Swiss watchmaker Hublot announced its new and quite expensive smartwatch, Big Bang E. The smartwatch runs on Google’s Wear OS and costs $5,200, making it one of the most expensive smartwatches in the market. All swiss-made watches are expensive so Big Bang E is not different. The smartwatch previously scheduled to launch in Euro 2020 Tournament. The tournament has now canceled due to Coronavirus pandemic, so the Hublot decided to unveil it. As it runs on Wear OS, it gives all the goodies of the OS like Google Assistant, Google Fit, and other services.
The Big Bang E comes with eight watch faces that have extra abilities. The pre-installed watch faces will show you lunar calendar, change colors every 3 hours, and every hour make animation for five seconds. Sadly, the priced Hublot smartwatch doesn’t offer GPS sensors to track the positioning. It should have packed GPS when you are charging too much compared to the Amazfit GTR, Honor Magic Watch 2, and Galaxy Watch Active, which have GPS. You will get Snapdragon Wear 3100 processor inside it for smoother performance.
Compare to the 2018 edition, the watch has a 42mm case, which is standard to most of the customer’s hands. The 49mm case on the previous model was too big for some users, so this time company introduces a new watch in the 42mm case. The Hublot Big Bang E offers 1GB RAM & 8GB internal storage to save the music & other stuff. To get most of the juice for your daily use, it has a 300mAh battery. Hublot didn’t mention when the Big Bang E will launch in the market, as the company still not taking any pre-orders.
