Mi Band 5 & Mi Band 4C Gets Certified, Inch Closer to launch

The last year’s key player in fitness band the Mi Band 4 had launched with industry standard. It had built history by selling millions of units in the world market. Now the company is preparing itself for next Mi band 5, and some notable features expected to be part of it. It is an inch closer to launch that the Mi Band 5 is finally get certified in Taiwan. It is not only the device that is coming up next month. The Mi Band 4C, which will be the Redmi Band in other markets, has also received the certificate from Indonesia’s authority.

The device with model number XMSH10HM has spotted on Taiwan’s NCC, which has declared for Band 5. The Mi Band 4 has model number XMSH07HM, and Mi Band 3 has XMSH05HM, so it makes sense that the next tracker adopts the XMSH10HM model number. Band 5 expects to come with a 1.2-inch display and the NFC for global users to make cashless payments. There is also a rumor about SpO2 function on the band to measure blood oxygen. Also, it comes with a plug-in USB-A charging facility, which reduces the need for a charger.

Mi Band 4C adopts all the features of the Redmi Band, comes with a 1.08-inch display, 14 days battery & optical heart rate sensor. It is the cheaper version in Mi Band series priced at 95 yuan. Both smartwatches will launch in June in China, and later all the major markets will get it.
