Xiaomi launched Mi Smart Band 6 in China with lots of new features. It was launched in March, which was way earlier than the scheduled month of June. The company has given blood oxygen monitoring, more workout modes, a bigger screen, and better health functions in a new band. The Chinese version of the Mi Bands is always lucky to receive the NFC version in the country, but the global version is not. Though the NFC variant is locked to the home country, it will change soon by launching in the other regions.
The Italian website has published documents that reveal the country will soon get the NFC model of Mi Smart Band 6. It means followed by Italy, remaining European countries could also get the NFC version. It has been certified by Italian Authority to allow the tracker in the country. The NFC chip opens the gateway for users to make payments at many points. Customers can pay at shopping malls, subways, coffee shops, and other supported places. The Mi Band 4 NFC was launched in Russia & Ukraine, so the world market is not new to Xiaomi’s Mi Bands.
The launch of the NFC model in Italy will soon make way for other countries to get the fitness tracker. It could later launch in the other European countries as well as other regions & countries including the US & India. The Mi Smart Band 6 comes with a SpO2 tracker, 1.56-inch color screen, 16 workout modes, sleep monitoring with REM, 2-weeks of battery, and a magnetic charger. The actual launch date for the new smart band is unknown to the world.
