The new Samsung Galaxy Watch, which was launched last month is now available in various markets worldwide including US, UK & South Korea. Samsung is launching the watch gradually over all the markets of the world, now recently it is launched in the UAE. This watch is the Samsung’s updated edition in its smartwatches series and it has the latest features over its predecessors like Gear S3 and Gear Sport. The watch is available in two size variants of 42mm and 46mm models. The 42mm model is available in two color options of Rose Gold and Midnight Black while 46mm model is available in only Silver color.
The Samsung Galaxy Watch has built with the latest Tizen 4.0 Operating System and it is powered by Exynos 9110 Dual core 1.15GHz processor. The smartwatch has 1.2 inches and 1.3 inches size Super AMOLED display for 42mm and 46mm models respectively and has circular bezel rotating around to navigate you through Tizen interface. It is available in LTE and Bluetooth options with both the models having 4GB internal storage and 1.5GB and 768MB RAM respectively.
The smartwatch not only has good RAM and processor but also it is fuelled with large enough battery life to support long hours of use. The 42mm and 46mm models have 270mAh and 472mAh battery respectively which supports several hours of mixed usage. The more interesting feature of Galaxy Watch is its health and fitness tracking system. The watch supports more than 39 different exercise tracking and it also supports stress management. The stress management function of the watch helps you to detect your stress level by measuring heart rate and it is also able to monitor your sleep quality and time.
Samsung says the wearable supports more than 60,000 watch faces and all the essential apps. With its updated processor, fitness function and extended battery life the new Galaxy Watch provides a best deal for the customers. For the customers in UAE the 42mm version is available for AED 1199 and 46mm version will cost for AED 1249. It is now available on Samsung online website in UAE.
