We know very little about the upcoming Galaxy Watch & its features. Rumors, except model numbers, claim many of these features of next Galaxy Watch. Now, as we are moving ahead, regulatory agencies are revealing more functions. This week, the smartwatch has received a mandatory certificate from C3 China. Today, the watch has appeared on the FCC page, to move one inch closer to the launch date. The FCC page has also revealed some of the critical features of the next upcoming Galaxy Watch.
The page reveals that the watch will come with a 45mm screen. It will be the bigger version, and there will be a smaller version. Like the previous models, the next smartwatch will also carry circular design. Samsung never launched its smartwatches in the rectangular display, and it will not happen this time too. The FCC sketch mentions stainless steel construction though there is also a rumor indicates titanium & aluminum versions of the watch.
The Gorilla Glas DX will be there to protect the screen from unwanted scratches & damages. The next smartwatch will be robust and gets the military standard 810G certificate. Further, the FCC sketch suggests the upcoming smartwatch will simply be called ‘Galaxy Watch.’ Previously, many were claiming the watch would call Galaxy Watch 2 or Galaxy Watch Active 3, but the rumor might have stopped now.
On the FCC page, only model number SM-R845 & SM-R855 has spotted, which are the LTE variants. There are also Wi-Fi variants that carry model numbers SM-R840 & SM-R850. The estimated launch date for galaxy Watch is in August, in the same event long with Note 20 & Fold 2.
