It is the marketing strategy from Samsung to show off its new monster phablet Galaxy Note 8 to the all flight passengers. It is almost one year when Samsung disconnected Galaxy Note 7 smartphone from the market due to the fire explosion. Galaxy Note 7 had turned into the big failure for company and was broken trust of many customers. Now as a good gesture company decided to distribute free Note 8 to all flight passengers. Passengers had no idea that they will be getting $1000 worth of smartphone for free.
The flight from Madrid, Spain is the luckiest one who got these surprise gifts. Samsung said in the message, “A year ago we asked you to turn it off, we welcome you today on board”. The message was quoted in Spanish.
