The new report from South Korea claims Samsung may release Galaxy S22 series at the end of this year. According to the source, Samsung has given orders to its partners & suppliers to work on the parts of Galaxy S22. The suppliers expected to start producing part of the next flagship phones at the end of October or early November. If this is true, then the chances for releasing Galaxy S22, S22+ & S22 Ultra at the end of this year are high. With the move, the company wants to disturb the sales of the next iPhone 13, which could release in a month or two.
It further mentioned, some subcontractors have already begun their work on the production of some parts. And some partners have raised their earnings of the fourth quarter in chance Galaxy S22 will rise in sales. The Galaxy S21 was launched in late January, and the previous flagships were released in February of March. Now, this strategy is to steal some customers from Apple’s iPhone 13 & increase the sales of the next flagships. In the first quarter of 2021, Samsung has shown strong sales in the global smartphone sales by beating Apple, so it could work this time too.
The rumors mill is still active on Galaxy S22 smartphones. The devices are expected to pack with Samsung Exynos 2200 or Qualcomm Snapdragon 898 chipsets. The S22+ would get a 50-megapixel camera with ultra-wide angle and 3x optical zoom. The Galaxy S22 Ultra will be equipped with a 108MP main camera. It is said that this time some markets like India to receive Qualcomm Snapdragon 898 powered Galaxy S22 variants.
