Sleep app for Apple Watch is coming

We know Apple’s new Sleep app for Apple Watch will launch at the starting of next year. Now to make it confirm Apple has accidentally revealed the Sleep app in the App Store. The Reddit user has shared a screenshot from his iPhone’s App Store that shows the Sleep app mentioned in the Alarms app. The listing of the app is briefly mentioned this sleep monitoring app and gave us a hint about its near launch date.

The previous rumors had suggested Apple will introduce its sleep monitoring app in the September 10 event, but that couldn’t happen. The company had only released its fifth-generation Apple Watch Series 5 smartwatch along with other fitness features & app, except Sleep app. Now, this news not only confirmed its existence but it also tells us that shortly, Apple will launch it in the Apple Watch Store for all users.

Earlier rumors claim the Apple Watch will silence the alarm and track the sleeping data with the help of various watch faces. The Sleep app will help you to track movements, heart rate & create data to check your sleep quality. The everyday data will be stored in Apple’s Health app or a dedicated Sleep app.

Apple has acquired sleep tracking company Beddit back in 2017 so it usual Apple wants its own sleep tracking app for the series of Apple Watches. The other companies Samsung & Fitbit has sleep tracking apps of their own on their smartwatches & fitness trackers.
