    Confirmed: One UI 4 Beta Program will Open for Galaxy S10 & Note 10

    This week, we had discovered Beta testing firmware for the Galaxy S10 & Note 10 series devices. Now, we can confirm that both devices will participate in the beta testing program for One UI 4 version. The Beta Operation Manager at South Korea has officially confirmed it to the Galaxy S10 users. Also, the other moderator had already confirmed it for Galaxy Note 10 series. As per the previous answer, the beta testing program for these devices will start from December.

    As per the official Android 12 schedule, both devices will get stable One UI 4 update in January 2022. The beta program for the users will start in all the selected countries, and the official banner will be posted on Samsung Members app. We will inform you when Samsung open the beta program for Galaxy S10 & Note 10 devices.

    Both the devices were also part of One UI 3 beta testing program and received Android 11 update. Samsung has already mentioned these devices will get major updates for three years and this year might be last for them. It is good that Samsung has considered about these old flagship models.

As per the previous sources, the Galaxy S20 series was closer to getting the new beta program, though the company is opening it for foldable phones. Both Galaxy Z Fold 3 & Flip 3 are 2021’s flagship devices from Samsung, after Galaxy S21 series.

    At launching, new Galaxy Z series devices have received One UI 3.1 version out of the box. And now, both phones are going to join another major version through beta testing. Samsung has started a beta program in September with the Galaxy S21 lineup. The smartphone now is on its third beta update and recently received a hotfix update. As per the Galaxy S moderator in Samsung Community, the company may release a stable Android 12-based One UI 4.0 update by December this year.

    The South Korean users will first get the beta version, and later it will start in other countries. Later, the users in the US, UK, Germany, India, Poland & China can join the testing.     Now to make it clear, the official team member has answered to users about actual release date for beta testing. As per the official team, the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+ & Galaxy S21 Ultra will get One UI 4.0 beta version in September & October. And the previous Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+ & Galaxy S20 Ultra will start to getting in October.
