One UI 4 Update Suspends due to Issues with Google Play System
We are heading towards the end of December or the current year, but most of the devices are still in a waiting line to receive the official One UI 4.0 update. Samsung has promised to deliver the Android 12 version for most of its flagship devices in December. Looks like it is very difficult for the company to keep that promise as it has stopped rolling out a new version. Yes, Samsung has officially confirmed that it has suspended One UI 4 update on any device.
As per the Samsung moderator, the compatibility issue has been found in the Google Play system on some devices, so the company has decided to hold the update. Further, the moderator mentioned Samsung will start redistributing One UI 4 update when Google’s actions are complete. Samsung revealed Android 12 Schedule for More Countries
After Brazil & South Korea, Samsung is now revealing its Android 12-based One UI rollout schedule in more countries. The US, India, the UAE & Nepal are now getting an official roadmap for the next major One UI 4 version. As per the schedule in the US, Galaxy Z Fold 3 & Flip 3 will receive the update in December, where the Galaxy S21 series have already started this month. The previous flagship models Galaxy S20 series, Galaxy Note 20 series, Note 10 series, Z Flip & Fold 2 will join it in January 2022.
The US schedule mentions Galaxy A52 5G will be the first A series phone to get a new version in February. In tablets, Galaxy Tab S7 & S7 FE variants are the first in line to receive it in February next year. For India, the schedule will start from December this year with Galaxy S21, Z Fold 3 & Flip 3 devices. Interestingly, all the remaining older flagship phones after Galaxy S10 & Note 10 will get the update in January including foldable phones. The latest mid-range devices Galaxy A52, A52s, A72, and Galaxy Tab S7 variants are on February’s waiting list.
The neighboring country Nepal also shares the same schedule as India, though there may be changes at the time of launching. Samsung Announced official Android 12 Roadmap for Galaxy Devices
Samsung is finally starting to announce an official roadmap for Android 12-based One UI 4 update to its Galaxy devices. The first schedule has now been spotted in Brazil, where the company has announced when the Galaxy devices will receive a stable Android 12 update. Note that this schedule is for Brazil, so other devices in major countries may receive it before these dates or later these dates. Like Telus operator in Canada has announced Galaxy S21 will get Android 12 version on November 23.
According to the post, the new Galaxy Z Fold 3 will first receive a major update in December. The Galaxy S21 series will be getting it in January along with Galaxy Z Flip, Fold, Fold 2 & Flip 3 devices. In February, Samsung will roll out a new version for its older flagship devices. The Galaxy S20, S20 FE, Note 20, Galaxy S10+, A52s, A72 & Tab S7 will join the squad in February. In March, Galaxy S10, S10e, S10 Lite, Note 10, Note 10+, Note 10 Lite, and A52 have been scheduled.
The Galaxy M62 will be the first M series model to receive it in May. The new Tab S7 FE, Tab S6, Tab S6 Lite will get it in May along with Galaxy A51 & Galaxy M52. All the remaining mid-range smartphones, tablets, and older devices have been listed in June 2022 and later months.

Beta Program for Galaxy S21 Ends, Ready to Get Stable Android 12 Update
For the last one and half months, Galaxy S21 users have taken part in the Android 12-based One UI 4 beta testing. Now, it looks like Samsung is ready to launch a stable version of the One UI 4.0 update for the Galaxy S21, S21+ & S21 Ultra devices. The official man behind Beta Operation Manager has today announced the beta program has ended for these smartphones. Further, he appealed to users to see the full version. It means in South Korea for now, the company will not recruit users in the beta program for Galaxy S21 series.
Previously, the Galaxy S community moderator mentioned, the stable version of Android 12 will be delivered by December. Now, the Beta Operation Manager has given the same answer, so in the upcoming weeks, we can see the public version. Till now, Samsung has dispatched three beta updates for the One UI 4.0 version. Also, recently, it has released a hotfix for the third beta version to squash known bugs & issues.
This week Samsung has officially announced to bring One UI 4 beta program for Galaxy Z Fold 3 & Flip 3 foldable phones. Older Galaxy Devices may not Get One UI 3.1.1 Update
Samsung has introduced One UI 3.1.1 version at the launching of Galaxy Z Fold 3 & Z Flip 3 devices. Now, the users of Galaxy S21, Galaxy S20 & Note 20 are eagerly waiting for this version on their devices. Well, that may not going to happen after all. Samsung customer executive has today confirmed that the One UI 3.1.1 software version has only built for foldable phones. And company doesn’t have any plan to bring it to the older models. As per the previous report, One UI 3.1.1 was supposed to launch on Galaxy S21 at the end of this month.
The company executive further said he has confirmed it from the relevant department and got this answer. The new features and some app improvements will come to the older devices, but the version will stays to One UI 3.1 only. This decision could be taken by Samsung because it is preparing for One UI 4.0 Beta version. The company representative has already hinted beta version for Galaxy S21 series will open from next month. And Galaxy S20 & Galaxy Note 20 lineup will also join the beta testing.

Samsung Dex will Get SoundAssistant Support in One UI 4.0
We all know that Samsung is preparing for the Android 12-based One UI 4.0 version later this year. The official team member has also hinted at the beta rollout date, and that could happen in September. All the features from Samsung for the One UI 4.0 update are still in the mystery box, but I think I just got a small piece of it.
