The new update for WhatsApp Messenger is now allow customers to Scan QR Code to send money. It is newly added feature and currently available in Android Beta version. This year WhatsApp has introduced WhatsApp Money for its all users. It is available in selected countries and soon it will roll out across the all major countries. In the last few months WhatsApp has added many features into its basic app. In the recent, WhatsApp has included WhatsApp Business app for commercial purposes. Afterwards it brought WhatsApp Money, where it included ‘Send to UPI ID’, in which customers can send money to their UPI based account, like BHIM app & other banking services.
Now with the QR code scanning, it becomes very easy to send money. Just scan QR code of your friends or receivers and tap on it. To send the money you have to follow some basic rules to protect your confidential information so no one could use it. To send money enter accurate password and tap on send button. The QR Scan feature is currently supports on Android Beta version.
To open send with QR code, go to Settings – > Payment – > New Payments – > Scan QR Code. Here tap on Scan QR Code & scan receiver’s QR code. This feature is simple, easy & faster than other methods. Here you don’t have to worry about account number and no need to confirm whether it is correct or not. Just tap on the QR code, type correct amount, enter password and send money successfully.
WhatsApp Messenger has also brought GIF & Stickers search features. Anyone can search their favorite stickers from the app & send them as per the subject. To get these new features you have to download new WhatsApp Beta update which comes in version 2.18.93. If you are Beta tester then you can use it by downloading from Google Play Store.
