The Xiaomi Mi fitness trackers offers best features for the customers in the budget range and it is best rival to the Samsung Galaxy Fit e fitness band. The company is set to release it’s Xiaomi Mi Band 4 activity tracker in the near future this year and this next generation fitness tracker will be the successor of Band 3. With the help of some rumours we can guess that what sort of features this fitness tracker will offer and what changes will it carry in it’s design, as compared to its predecessor versions. Since the launch of its first fitness tracker, Mi bands gained wide popularity among the users, thanks to its features and budget range.
Taiwan based NCC certification agency offered first look of the upcoming Xiaomi Mi Band 4 fitness tracker. However, this latest tracker will also come with band and tracker combo with option to switch up bands. As like it’s predecessor it features a touchscreen display to navigate data screens. According to reports from the renders this will be the first Mi fitness tracker with colour display. Obviously, this next generation fitness tracker will be waterproof and safe for the swimming activity.
The Xiaomi Mi Band 4 model is poised to be revealed in two versions one with NFC connectivity and the other with Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity. Renders report confirms that Mi Band 4 accommodates Xiao AI, which is the virtual assistant revealed in April 2018 and let you control smart devices from the band. Further reports also confirms that the band will support six sport modes including running, cycling and treadmill running.
The physical button on the predecessor versions is replaced with capacitive and intuitive button in the upcoming model. In addition company introduced a pin lock feature for the enhanced security purpose. The other crucial feature about the next generation band is that it will be capable to control music playback from your paired smartphone. Though there is no official announcement about the release date and price range of the band, but we can hopefully expect its launching very soon this year.
