Xiaomi has a legacy of creating the world’s best range of fitness trackers -Mi Band series. The company has launched Mi Bands with future packed features and with a possible affordable rate. Even the company is successful in the smartphone and fitness tracker business; it is nowhere in the smartwatch business. Well, next month the company is going to change because Xiaomi will launch its first smartwatch Mi Watch on November 5. The Apple Watch look-a-like smartwatch has just teased by an official team with the launch date.
Past few years, Xiaomi is working with Huami to introduce some smartwatches in the market under the Amazfit series. The Amazfit series runs on Huami’s OS but now Xiaomi will launch its first Wear OS smartwatch that inherits all Android watch OS features. Like the Amazfit GTS, next Mi Watch shaped in the rectangular display. It is more similar to Apple Watch Series 5 than Amazfit GTS, which Huami calls Apple Watch clone. GSMArena has revealed the video that says a lot about the watch, and hints it runs on MIUI.
The first smartwatch will feature a powerful CPU core that runs on Snapdragon 3100 chipset. All along it has NFC, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, eSIM support and microphone. It will listen to your command with the help of a voice assistant. On November 5, Xiaomi will announce it along with Mi TV.
