    Galaxy Note 20 Series Jumped to Stable Android 11 Version

    Following the schedule, Samsung had started to release the One UI 3.0 Android 11 update for its smartphones. The company first started with the Galaxy S20 series, and now it is moving to the Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G locked to AT&T’s network is already receiving the stable update. It has been seen on Twitter and Reddit by some users in the US. Though we aren’t sure if it will stay there for this week, or move global length soon like the North American carriers and other markets.

    The new update carries version number N98xUSQU1CTL2 and it has a size of 2.5GB, so users should update over the Wi-Fi connection. Though some countries still have to wait for the update, if the company will stick to the roadmap.

    Galaxy Note 20 Android 11 Stable

    In the One UI 3.0 update, the Note 20 & note 20 Ultra will get new features and a redesigned UI. The most talked one is the enhanced Quick Panel control that allows the user to easily switch between music, videos, and other tasks. The users will also see notifications and more information display when the phone is locked. Few other things like AR emoji masks, new volume panel design, light and dark themes are also being added.

    The other flagships, Galaxy Z & Z Fold 2 have been scheduled in January, and the predecessor Galaxy Fold will be getting it in February. Hopefully the Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra will get the update by the end of the year globally or at the latest by January.

    Huami’s Amazfit GTR 2 and Amazfit GTS 2 are getting a brand new update. The update will not only bring in new features and functions, but it will now also support additional sports modes. Though the update is only limited to android users, for now, iOS users will have to wait for some more time for the latest version. Huami always dispatches new firmware for both Amazfit GTR & GTS families at the same time, and till now the legacy continues.

    The update has already been reviewed by the various Android app stores and will be available to the users by version number 5.6.0. The new firmware also brings in new languages for user preference like Catalan, Czech, Greek, Serbian, Vietnamese, Ukrainian, Hebrew, and Arabic. Previously, the watches supported only 12 sports modes, now it can support up to 90 different sports modes. It also has a new motion sensor for precise workout sessions.

    The issue where the screen would turn on automatically with every new message has been fixed. You can also personalize the list of your workouts according to your preference. Further, you can list your favorite sport mode in the order you want, making your workout choice easier. The latest firmware is now rolling out in Europe & China.     Samsung is rolling its new update of One UI 2.5 for its Galaxy A31 & Galaxy M51. The update will likely bring more functions and features to your phone after the latest version. According to the firmware chart, it brings the following versions the A315NKSU1BTK2 for Galaxy A31 & M515FXXU1BTK4 is for Galaxy M51. With this release, the company will also have a November security patch rolling out for better security enhancements.

    As we know, the One UI is a software overlay made by Samsung Electronics for its Android devices. The company has been constantly upgrading it to increase user experience to the best available in the market. The current update brings an improved keyboard setting and design for swift functioning with the Bitmoji stickers on the Always-on Display mode. There will also be a few changes in Google’s navigation gestures related to the third-party apps.

    The camera will also be upgraded providing more clarity and enhancements. There is also a request button option for users to ask for a Wi-Fi password in the Wi-Fi zone and an option of SOS functions through messages. Other than these functions bugs have been also taken care of, and the overall display has been enhanced.

    The Galaxy A31 receiving the One UI 2.5 version in South Korea, and Galaxy M51 users in Russia & Ukraine can see it in their countries. The update is expected to reach you soon, and you can also manually check for updates in your settings panel by simply going to Settings – scroll to Software update – select Download and install.

    Huami’s Amazfit GTS 2 Mini is set to a make global appearance soon, as of today the smartwatch got clearing from the FCC certification. The FCC is a Federal Communications Commission certification of the US, hence showing us the company’s plan to launch in the global market (North America and Europe). It also got CE marketing clearance done as that is a necessary step for selling products in the European Economic Area hence hinting us about its launching market.

    The features will be quite similar to Amazfit GTS 2 but will be more pocket friendly as it’s the “mini” version of it. It will be having the same rectangular display as GTS 2 while the other variants of Amazfit like its GTR are having a circular display. The smartwatch is expected to have thick bezels and will be having 5 ATM water for sports like swimming.

    We aren’t sure if the battery life will increase or will remain the same as 14 days. It will be having compact control on the right-hand side of the watch and will likely support 12 built-in sports modes as its predecessor. There also has been news about having a built-in GPS in the company’s Amazfit Bip U Pro but the same might not be included in this version as it’s an entry-level watch.

    More speculations are yet to be known hence let us see what does this Mini variant has in store for us.
