According to the answer by the Samsung support team in South Korea, the company will release the stable Android 11 version tomorrow, December 3.

It is too fast than I have expected that most of us were thinking it could release in between the middle of December. Samsung has already stopped releasing One UI 3.0 beta updates for the Galaxy S20 lineup in South Korea, so we can see the official release to happen tomorrow. The other flagship models Galaxy Note 20 & Note 20 Ultra might also get a stable One UI 3.0 version in December. On the official website, Samsung has previously given us a hint about both devices getting newer versions.
