Today, Samsung has officially announced its roadmap for the Android 11-based One UI 3.0 update. The schedule has mentioned flagship Galaxy S20 series devices will get the stable version in the current month. Well, till now, we didn’t know the exact release date, but now, the official Samsung rep has given us a date. According to the answer by the Samsung support team in South Korea, the company will release the stable Android 11 version tomorrow, December 3.
It is too fast than I have expected that most of us were thinking it could release in between the middle of December. Samsung has already stopped releasing One UI 3.0 beta updates for the Galaxy S20 lineup in South Korea, so we can see the official release to happen tomorrow. The other flagship models Galaxy Note 20 & Note 20 Ultra might also get a stable One UI 3.0 version in December. On the official website, Samsung has previously given us a hint about both devices getting newer versions.
The Samsung rep has answered the question for the South Korean users, so South Korea might be the first country to receive the stable Android 11 update. In the other regions, it might release in stages, and the other Galaxy devices will follow. We will inform you when Samsung releases the stable Android 11 version for Galaxy S20, S20+ & S20 Ultra smartphones.
