Galaxy Watch 3 Features

In the latest update, the original Galaxy Watch or 2018’s model has received some Galaxy Watch 3 features. It is a major update and brings lots of features to this older watch to keep it in the race. We can start with a smart notification improvement which now lets you see the images in the incoming messages. Previously, images in the notifications & messages were not supported on the watch, but now you can see WhatsApp or other app images. It was first introduced on Galaxy Watch Active 2 and the new Watch 3 also support it.

It also supports AR Emoji & Bitmoji on the watch to use in the conversation. It added voice guidance in the workout to cumulative distance and heart rate when recording the automatic section of running/biking exercise. The scrolling capture has also been added to the Galaxy Watch. Users can capture longer screenshots on the watch so they could collect all the information or data in one image. Now, users can listen to the voice guidance over the Bluetooth headset.

Finally, stabilization code has been applied to the Galaxy Watch to enhance its speed and other factors. The firmware version R810XXU1FUB6 is now rolling out in the US & South Korea . It is 291MB in size, and soon it will hit the other regions. This software update may also release for Galaxy Watch Active smartwatch in any moment.

Update: The latest roll out is now releasing for the Galaxy Watch Active smartwatch. You can see same changelog with these features on Galaxy Active. The firmware version R500XXUF1UB5 is currently rolling out in the US & South Korea, and that may soon come to other regions.
