COROS PACE 4 has received a new firmware update, bringing the watch to version V3.2006.0. The update was released on September 8, 2026, according to the firmware information shown in the COROS app. This release comes after the recent beta testing phase for the PACE 4, making it an important update for users waiting for the latest features.
The biggest change is global map support. COROS previously introduced maps for the PACE 4 through beta testing, giving users access to detailed offline maps with roads, trails and points of interest. COROS says the PACE 4 is getting the same type of global map coverage available on higher-end models such as the APEX 4, NOMAD and PACE Pro.
The new V3.2006.0 firmware also adds partial emoji support, making notifications and other text easier to understand when emojis are included.
For cyclists, the update adds a new Lap Torque data field, providing another useful metric during cycling activities. COROS has also updated the menu order on the Run activity mode start pages, which should make accessing running options more convenient.
Another change mentioned in the update is a maximum heart-rate detection prompt on the watch, adding another layer of guidance for users tracking heart-rate data.
