Amazfit is rolling out a new software update for the T-Rex 3 Pro, bringing several improvements to workout tracking, swimming, navigation, and health-related features. The update shown in the supplied firmware screenshot is version 6.4.16.3 and has a 17.28MB download size.
The changelog focuses mainly on refining existing features rather than introducing a completely new Zepp OS release. The first change improves wrist-raise wake sensitivity during workouts, which should make it easier to check workout information without repeatedly raising the wrist.
Swimming is another area receiving attention. Amazfit has optimized the pace and stroke-rate charts for pool swimming and improved turn-alert calculations to detect more turns accurately. These changes should be particularly useful for users who rely on the T-Rex 3 Pro for detailed pool workouts.
The update also refreshes Cycle Tracking, with a redesigned interface, improved period predictions, and new Check In options for recording symptoms, moods, and lifestyle habits.

For outdoor users, Amazfit has added support for more waypoint icons and types, giving users additional options when working with navigation points.
Strength training also gets a small but useful change. The update adds an option to turn Auto Grouping on or off during strength workouts, giving users more control over how exercises are organized.
Finally, the changelog mentions an optimization for Pickleball mode with swing-count support.
This update follows several substantial T-Rex 3 Pro software updates earlier in 2026. Amazfit previously added features such as Training Calendar, HybridCharge workout data, equipment tracking, improved navigation, and other workout capabilities.
