Well, there are many advantages of having Assistant rather than Bixby on your watch. It is fast in response, accurate in answers, rich in data, and has more options. And that’s a reason, you should install & use Google Assistant on you’re Galaxy Watch 5 & 5 Pro.
In this guide, I will tell you how to download it on the watch, but also I will tell you how you can install it even if you are living in an unsupported country. Yes, you heard it. It is not available in all countries including major countries, but I will show you how to use it.
So let’s follow these steps.
1. Download Google Assistant on your phone.

It is easy to download the app on your smartphone. Just open Play Store, search for it and install it.
2. Now on your watch, open Play Store

On your watch, you have to open Play Store, to install the app.
3. Go to Manage Apps

If you are living in a supported country, then you can start from this step. Otherwise, follow the first step, and then come to this step.
4. Download or Update Google Assistant

In the My Apps section, you can see the app. Now tap on it and install the app.
5. Tap to open the app & Follow the instructions

After that, you can open the app, and follow all the instructions. To move further, click on Get Started.
6. Open on the phone to activate

In the app, it will ask you to open the app and give the necessary permissions.
7. After all set-up, you can use the Assistant

After following all these steps, you are now ready to say Hey Google and it will answer you.

You can ask it to open workout modes, open any apps, start the services, send messages, make changes in settings, and many more. Don’t worry, it is advanced to recognize your poor English like me.
