Google Assistant Now Supports on Galaxy Watch 4

In the list of Google services, Google Assistant is the most demanded feature from Galaxy Watch 4 users. Since August, users were asking both Samsung & Google to bring it to the smartwatch. Finally, both companies have listened to them and released support for the device. Now users can take advantage of Google Assistant on Galaxy Watch 4 & Watch 4 Classic. It is beat late, but glad Samsung didn’t wait for Galaxy Watch 5 series to launch.

Google Assistant is now live to download and users can install it from a smartwatch or the Play Store on a paired smartphone. For now, it is available in ten major countries including the home country. Those 10 markets are Australia, Canada, the US, the UK, South Korea, Germany, Ireland, France, and Taiwan. As per some users, the voice assistant is also available to download in Spain, Italy, and some other countries, but we can’t confirm it. India and some other countries are still waiting in line to receive the app.

With Google Assistant, users can control Galaxy Watch 4 via voice inputs. You can open apps, play YouTube Music, start workout activities, control music & camera, search for a particular service or change the settings. With future updates, Google may bring more features to Galaxy Watch 4. It is not a firmware update, and it can be downloaded on the watch. After installation, you can use it along with Samsung’s Bixby services.
