Samsung Galaxy Devices That to Get One UI 5.1 Update

Samsung recently confirmed that it is preparing to launch One UI 5.1 for its smartphones. Probably, the Samsung Galaxy S23 will be the first device that will get this feature. The Galaxy S23 series is about to launch on 1st February. Further, the company also mentioned the devices which will be updated to this latest UI version. However, there is no clear mention of the features onboard with One UI 5.1. For more clarity, we have to wait until either the launch of Galaxy S23 or the company officially announces the features.

Although Samsung mentioned the names of the smartphones which are compatible with this latest version, it can expand the feature for the rest of its devices later. In the initial stage Galaxy S21, Galaxy S22, Galaxy Z Flip 5G, Galaxy Note 20, and Galaxy Z Fold 4 will be some of the devices that can get this update. Surely, this update is not limited to these smartphones only, in the later phase, the company will launch it for other devices too. However, users have to wait until the official confirmation by the company.

One UI 5.1 Update

For now, it is sure that in the initial phase, only premium flagship users will be the beneficiaries of this update. Recently, Samsung released an update for Galaxy Watch 5 which introduces a camera zoom feature. However, it mentions the precondition for the update that the smartphone should have One UI 5.1. This mention turns out to be the source of information for the rollout of the upcoming One UI.

To date, Samsung is successful in hiding all the upcoming features in the mystery box. The box will open when Samsung took the stage on February 1st to unveil its next-gen flagship models. As mentioned earlier, the company has plenty of features and changes for the new firmware. In the line, there will be many Galaxy A & Galaxy M series smartphones to get a new version.
