As YouTube Music is planning its reach to the new hardware, the source has found out it could also come to Garmin watches. In the expansion plan of YouTube Music, Google is tipped to bring support for Apple TV, HomePod speakers, Garmin, and more devices. In the new finding, 9to5google has found out the support will also come to Garmin watches. The app is one of the leading music streaming apps in many countries, and those users will get benefits from it.
Garmin app store has Amazon Music, Spotify, Deezer, and other online music apps. The entry of Google’s app will give more choices in songs and prices. The app is currently available on Apple Watch & Wear OS watches with limited features. Spotify is far ahead in the competition when it comes to wide reach on wearable devices. Spotify offers its services on almost all wearables including Samsung’s Tizen watches, and that too since 2018.
We could not predict when this will happen and which features the app will offer to Garmin customers. Along with premium streaming services, Google might give the option to listen to music in offline mode. Obviously, Garmin has a different fanbase that has been neglected by most of the app developers. The rise of Garmin wearables in the last few years grabbed the attention of many developers. The official announcement from Google will tell more about its availability and features.
