Xiaomi has released major updates for its seventh-gen Smart Band 7 series trackers. In the new firmware, the company has optimized the performance of Band 7 by squashing some known bugs. All the goodies in the new software have come to Band 7 Pro. It has received Calendar & Find my Band functions. Users can now access Calendar right from their smart band to take note of important dates.
The Find my Band will be available in Zepp Life app for the Pro model. It is not a new function, and we all are aware of it. You can easily find your lost smart band using the function. It will ring the device, so you could easily locate it.
The Band 7 Pro also gets Stat Goal Switch and Turn of Watch face Editing features. On the other hand, it has removed the Stat Reminder feature from the band. Further, it has optimized the accuracy of sleep, calorie, exercise, and diet-related experiences.
The latest firmware update for Xiaomi Band 7 & Band 7 Pro is now rolling out in all the major countries. The firmware version v2.0.0.2 is available for Xiaomi Smart Band 7, and version v1.4.10 is rolling out for Band 7 Pro. To install it, you can check for pending updates in the Zepp Life app.
In the new year, Xiaomi is now working on Band 8 & Band 8 Pro smart trackers. Recently, sources have found model numbers for both trackers. We could see upcoming trackers in the first half of this year in China, and later in the major regions.
