Peloton App Lands for Wear OS 3

Peloton for Wear OS

The main rival app to Apple Fitness+, the Peloton app has launched for Wear OS 3 watches. The good news is Apple Fitness+ is not available for the Wear OS platform, so it will not get any competition here. It is a fitness app and you will get most of the essential workouts inside it. In the premium services, users can get benefit from over 30 professional coaches, who guide them in different exercises. They also provide you with live sessions and personal coaching if that is what you want.

At current, the Peloton app only supports Wear OS 3-powered smartwatches. It means you can use it on Galaxy Watch 4, Galaxy Watch 5, Fossil Gen 6, Google Pixel Watch, and Montblanc Summit 3 devices.

Inside the app, you will find indoor running, outdoor running, treadmill running, strength training, yoga, HIIT, meditation, stretching, cardio workout, walking, and more exercises. Heart tracking is possible with one tap, but biking is not possible in this version. Biking might have been reserved for the next app update.

Frankly, all these workout modes are available in pre-installed apps like Samsung Health. Still, some users like to prefer third-party tools that solely focus on specific features. It has been mastered in some areas and users like them.

Note some functions here have hidden behind the paywall. To unlock premium tools, get their paid subscription with one month’s trial. The Peloton app will take a few more months to reach every region, as it only landed in a few countries. Head to the Play Store to install it.
