The third-generation Oppo Watch 3 series smartwatch has debuted in China. Along with Oppo Watch 3, there is now Oppo Watch 3 Pro with some additional features. Oppo Watch was launched outside China, but the Watch 2 never broke that barrier. Now, we can hope to see these new series of watches in the international market. We are late with the news because Oppo launched these phones at the same time as Samsung launched its Galaxy Watch 5 series.

Oppo Watch 3 & Watch 3 Pro are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 chipsets. It is a new processor from Qualcomm that increases performance by 50% and reduces battery drain by the same amount.

The smaller variant has a 1.75” AMOLED display with 3D glass on top. It is packed with a 400mAh battery to produce enough juice, and the battery charges in 60 minutes. There is 1GB RAM, 32GB storage, eSIM support, NFC, GPS and SpO2 functions.

The Watch 3 Pro has a 1.91” inch AMOLED screen, and the display is LTPO type, which is the first on a smartwatch. It has a 550mAh battery to run for 15 days in normal mode, and the battery gets full in 65 minutes with fast charging.

In the common features, users will get ECG, 150 watch faces, 100 workout modes, an air pressure sensor, a women’s health tool, and many more. The new watches are now available to purchase in China for CNY 1,499 for Watch 3 & CNY 1,899 for the Pro model. Both watches in China run on home-nurtured OS and now Wear OS.
