Samsung has announced to release of a new update for the Expert RAW app. In the new version, the company is going to bring two new essential features to the app. Along with the new upcoming app update, Camera Manager has stated Expert RAW for the older devices has been delayed to September. The remaining devices are Galaxy S20 Ultra, Note 20 Ultra & Galaxy Z Fold 2. Previously, it was supposed to release in the first half, but now it has been delayed.
Coming back to the Expert RAW app, users can save their camera setting values (custom preset). Also, they can save the setting to use in the next shots. With this change, users don’t have to change the setting every time they take photos as they can save their favorite settings.
Further, the app will let you save captured photos in either one RAW & JPEG format. Now, users can choose manually in which format they want to save the image. Users can only save images in JPEG or RAW or both formats.
Camera Manager says they have added these new changes after they heard users in the Samsung Members app. Also, in the separate post, he mentioned bringing many features in future updates.
As per the announcement, the latest Expert RAW update will soon dispatch for supported smartphones. If you are using Galaxy S22 series, Galaxy S21 Ultra & Galaxy Z Fold 3, then check for the new app update. The users of Galaxy S20 Ultra, Note 20 Ultra & Fold 2 may have to wait a few more months to receive the app.
