  • Best Apps for Xiaomi Mi Band 7, Band 8 & Band 9

Best Apps for Xiaomi Mi Band 7, Band 8 & Band 9

The primary use of fitness trackers is to provide accurate data about health. These trackers do not come with any pre-installed apps that you could use. The new Mi Band trackers are not different, they don’t have any App Store to download the apps, nor do they have that much space so you could save anything. Smartwatches are different than fitness bands. Those are supposed to replace your smartphone (at least some companies think that way); it is the reason the Apple Watch, Galaxy Watch, and even the new Mi Watch come with preloaded apps to deal with many situations and get the most out of it.

Xiaomi Mi Band is the best fitness band in the market, gives the best health results, and provides other services. Even if you want to go far than this then Xiaomi has opened the door to third-party developers to release their best apps on Mi Band 7, Band 8 & Band 9. With these outside apps, you can customize watch faces, unlock many features, and apply many hidden tips & tricks on the band. If you want to use external apps with the tracker, then here are the best apps for Mi Band.

    Best Mi Band Apps

    1. Notify for Mi Band

The Notify & Fitness for Mi Band is the best utility app you need with your Mi Band 7, Band 8, Band 9 & their Pro variants. It has many functions that you need in the fitness band. Set custom alarms, and custom reminders, customize notifications for each app, and ignore unwanted notifications and custom widgets. Most of the essential features are free to use and you can unlock more premium features with extra cost. The app will also let you read messages on the screen. Notify & Fitness is available for free in the Android Play Store.

    2. Mi Band Watch Faces

The new Xiaomi Band has a colored display and the company has recently released many watch faces to show the true colors of it. In the recent update, Xiaomi has introduced some faces from different categories. Apart from that, the app called Mi Band WatchFaces offers you plenty of faces to sync on your fitness band. Download the watch face from the app and install it using the pairing app. The app has categorized faces from different categories so you can find the perfect theme.

    3. GadgetBridge

Another best app to use daily. You can use the app instead of Zepp Life. It easily allows users to switch between different trackers. When you try to unpair your current fitness band add another one. It becomes very hard to pair a new band with Mi Fitness or the Amazfit app. The GadgetBridge comes there to save from these hassles and to connect different trackers from different companies in the same app. The app also supports Amazfit, Pebble, Casio & Lenovo watches.

    4. Navigator for Mi Band

Mi Bands don’t come with GPS & navigation support. Since the beginning, Xiaomi hasn’t provided any Map services to its tracker. Thanks to the developers we can now use Google Maps directions on the Mi Band. The app will let you use walk & car navigation and is compatible with Zepp Life & Notify & Fitness apps. Download the app from the Google Play Store and get directions.

    5. Tools & Mi Band

You can use Mi Band to get all your fully customized notifications using the app. The app called Tools & Mi Band lets you customize app notifications by using Mi Band 7, Band 8 & Band 9 devices. The premium app uses your device to deliver all the necessary alerts in rich content. Further, it offers a couple of other tools to use in different cases like call alerts, HR monitoring, sleep tracking, custom widgets, and some other advanced features.

    Download: Tools & Mi Band

These are the best Mi Band apps that enhance the usability of the tracker. All the apps are free and available in the Android Play Store. If you found any difficulties in the article or have any suggestions then drop the words.

  • Galaxy S23 will Be a Qualcomm Snapdragon Exclusive

Galaxy S23 will Be a Qualcomm Snapdragon Exclusive

For the next Galaxy S23 series, Samsung has decided to go with only Qualcomm Snapdragon chipsets. It was the rumor for almost a year, and now it has finally been stopped by Qualcomm executives. Qualcomm CFO Akash Palkhiwala has confirmed it in his latest tweet on social media. It is welcome news for Samsung users as they can now get a Galaxy S23 smartphone with only one option – Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.

When it comes to performance, Qualcomm’s chipset always beats Samsung’s Exynos by some margin. And this trend always follows every year. Users don’t find it a good value for their money as another user received a more refined model.

In the last few years, Samsung has minimized the production of Exynos chipsets for its flagship devices. With Galaxy S22, there are only a few countries that received Exynos-powered models. Now, from this year there will be only Qualcomm-powered devices in all the major markets.

    Galaxy S23 Ultra Processor

According to an industry expert, the chipset will produce enough power to speed up Galaxy S23 series. The Galaxy S23 Ultra would get an advanced ISOCELL 200MP camera sensor to capture excellent images in many corners. The remaining models to see an increment in camera performance.

The display sizes will be 6.1-inch for S23, 6.4-inch for S23+, and 6.8-inch for S23 Ultra. For the fresh flagship devices, Samsung to release the One UI 5.1 version. In the new round of rumors, the company might announce the Galaxy S23 trio in the first week of February.

One by one I have shown you how you can get WhatsApp messages, view them, and see inside images, stickers, and emojis. Further, I also covered how you can use different input methods to reply to incoming messages. There is one area that was missing on these smartwatches, and that is WhatsApp calling support. These watches support everything but not the WhatsApp calling function.

But not anymore. In the latest WhatsApp app 2.22.19.11 update, the Galaxy Watch 4 & Galaxy Watch 5 watch support video calling. What does that mean? It means you can now receive, answer or reject WhatsApp calls from your smartwatch.

Before the update, the users were unable to get WhatsApp calling on the Galaxy Watches. And now with the new WhatsApp update, you can get alerts and also answer calls.

To get the WhatsApp calls on your smartwatch, first, you have to download the latest 2.22.19.11 or above WhatsApp Messenger app version. The update is rolling out slowly so you should wait for your turn.

Once you update the app, then open WhatsApp and choose the number to whom you want to call.
