With a Galaxy Watch, you can perform over 100 exercises in your daily workout sessions. The Galaxy Watch 6 and Watch 7 series support different kinds of workout modes. You can use normal workouts or HIIT workouts in your daily fitness session. HIIT, or interval training, includes planks, air squats, burpees, running, cycling, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, high knees, pushups, rope jumping, and many more. You can also set an interval for your target on the watch.
To add HIIT workouts to your Galaxy Watch 7 or Watch Ultra, go to the Samsung Health app on your phone or watch and then open My Exercises. Now, click on the ‘+’ sign to add more to the list or add a new one. In the list, you can see all the HIIT exercises that support the watch. Once you add all the exercises, then later you can operate them from your wrist.
For custom interval training, you have to start the exercise by running and tapping Settings. In the settings, you can see the Target option, which now enables Target to set custom intervals. For your daily goal with these modes, you can go to the daily achievement page, and see all your history. Just keep in mind, Compared to Galaxy Watch 7, Watch Ultra has some more exercises to perform in different scenarios.
Telegram is one of the most used social media apps worldwide, and millions of users use it. It is available in the Play Store for all Android smartphones. Galaxy Watch, sadly, is not available to install. The Telegram app is not available for Galaxy Watch 5, Galaxy Watch 6, Galaxy Watch 7, or Watch Ultra. Like Facebook or Instagram, you can only receive incoming messages but can’t reply. It will only alert you when someone messages you, or there is a new message in a Telegram Group.
You won’t believe it, but the official Telegram app was available for Wear OS-based smartwatches until 2021. Later, the company behind Telegram decided to remove it from the Play Store and ended support for smartwatches. Back then, Samsung was using Tizen OS, so Galaxy Watch 4 users were also unable to use it. You can activate Telegram notifications on the watch from the Galaxy Wearable app if you want to receive them.
For your information, the official Telegram app has been launched for Apple Watch Series gadgets. You can share messages from your watch, and also handle your Telegram channel. We can hope that in the future, the official team behind the app will launch it for Wear OS watches. With Galaxy Watch 8 or One UI 8 Watch, you will see a new set of apps, and in that, Telegram could make its return.
The Camera Controller app is a useful app for controlling your phone camera from Galaxy Watch 7 or Watch 7 Ultra. The only problem is that it is not available to every user. If you do not see the Camera Controller app for the Galaxy Watch 7 series, then you are not alone. The truth is that the app is not supported on all Galaxy devices. Forget about iPhone or other Android phones, it doesn’t even support most Samsung Galaxy phones.
It would help if you had a high-end smartphone to connect with the watch to use the Camera Controller app. The app supports with Galaxy S10, S20, S21, S22, S23, S24 & S25 series phones. In the Note series, it supports Note 10, Note 20 & 20 Ultra. In foldable, it works with Galaxy Z Fold, Fold 2, Fold 3, Fold 4, Fold 5, Galaxy Flip, Flip 3, Flip 4, Flip 5, Fold 6, & Flip 6 devices. Apart from that, only premium Galaxy A series phones like Galaxy A73 have access.
Users with mid-range Galaxy A series, Galaxy M series, or Galaxy F series can not have access to this basic functionality. I tested one of the high-end Galaxy A series phones with Galaxy Watch Ultra, though the results were the same. It sometimes doesn’t work with Galaxy S25 Ultra & Watch 4. Samsung should open this basic Camera Controller feature for every Galaxy user.
Truecaller, the leading calling app, is now available for Galaxy Watches. It has officially launched for the Wear OS platform, and users can install it on Galaxy Watch 4, Watch 5, Watch 6, Watch 7, and Watch Ultra smartwatches. With the Truecaller app, you can reveal the name of any mobile number that has been called from an unknown number. This will help you decide whether to pick up a call or reject it.
These days users are frustrated with telemarketing calls, and this app will notify you about it by displaying their names. You can block such calls for future purposes and keep your phone book clean. To use the Truecaller app on your Samsung Watch, you must install it on your phone and then on your smartwatch. To download the app, go to the Play Store on your smartphone.
It also offers premium services and an ad-free experience in its paid membership. In the free version, you will get almost all the features that save you from unwanted calls. However, you can buy a premium service for ad-free service and other customized options. The app is supported in most countries, including India and some other regions.
It’s the second day, and the Galaxy Wearable app is not working for many Galaxy Watch users. The app is crashing and not connecting to any Samsung watches. Not only the new Galaxy Watch 7 but also the previous Galaxy Watch 6, Galaxy Watch 5, and the Tizen-based Galaxy Watch Active 2 and Watch 3 are still not connecting to the app. In the Play Store, it is showing a compatibility issue and refuses to connect.
It looks like Samsung doesn’t know about the issue, or it is taking time to solve the problem. In a quick fix, one user shared the solution to solve the Galaxy Wearable app issue. On your smartphone, go to Time & Date, change it to the previous date, and turn off auto time synchronization. Later, open the Galaxy Wearable app and connect your Galaxy Watch. After successful pairing, you can turn on auto time sync. I hope this works on your side. Tell us if it works for you.
At the start of this year, the same issue occurred for many Galaxy Watch users, and later, Samsung solved it within a week. One more thing. If you are using an older Gear S3 Frontier or S3 Classic, then you should know that Samsung has removed both watches from its compatibility list. You can not pair your Gear S3 model with any Galaxy phones released in 2024 or later.
After so much beta testing firmware for One UI Watch 4.5, Samsung has today officially released a stable version of it. The stable One UI Watch 4.5 based on Wear OS 3.5 is now available to install on Galaxy Watch 4 & Watch 4 Classic. The version is coming pre-installed on the new Galaxy Watch 5, and now the older model is receiving it. The latest firmware version R8**XXU1GVH2 has been distributed to the South Korean & the US users where the beta program was running.
It is currently rolling out for the users who participated in the beta testing program, and the non-beta users will also get it. Now talking about the features, it has added many features since the first beta of the One UI Watch 4.5 version.
In the latest software, Samsung has slightly improved screen UI and also added more complications to watch faces. You can also switch SIM cards right from the smartwatch. You can switch SIM 1 to SIM 2 or vice versa to make calls.
The pre-installed Samsung Keyboard has now QWERTY keypad support for easy input. It also supports handwriting and voice input to compete with Google Assistant. The notification center has also been enhanced to show more details when getting incoming messages.
There are also plenty of features implemented from Wear OS 3.5 in the new version. With this, Samsung has become the first company to release new Wear OS update for its Galaxy Watch 4 & Galaxy Watch 5 series users. To download the update, go to the Galaxy Wearable app, and check for pending firmware.
In our last article, I explained how you can use WhatsApp Messenger on your Galaxy Watch 4 & Galaxy Watch 5 series smartwatches. One by one I have shown you how you can get WhatsApp messages, view them, and see inside images, stickers, and emojis. Further, I also covered how you can use different input methods to reply to incoming messages. There is one area that was missing on these smartwatches, and that is WhatsApp calling support. These watches support everything but not the WhatsApp calling function.
But not anymore. In the latest WhatsApp app 2.22.19.11 update, the Galaxy Watch 4 & Galaxy Watch 5 watch support video calling. What does that mean? It means you can now receive, answer or reject WhatsApp calls from your smartwatch.
Before the update, the users were unable to get WhatsApp calling on the Galaxy Watches. And now with the new WhatsApp update, you can get alerts and also answer calls.
So how can you get WhatsApp calls on your Galaxy Watch, I will explain here.
To get the WhatsApp calls on your smartwatch, first, you have to download the latest 2.22.19.11 or above WhatsApp Messenger app version. The update is rolling out slowly so you should wait for your turn.
Once you update the app, then open WhatsApp and choose the number to whom you want to call.
Now tap on the calling icon, and it will start ringing. If you are receiving the calls, then you can see the WhatsApp number below the WhatsApp logo on your watch. The WhatsApp logo will differentiate normal calls from WhatsApp calls.
Some users say they see the WhatsApp logo, and some say they see the logo. But the main thing is now you can receive and answer WhatsApp calls.
Finally, the most important thing, is you should keep your internet on your smartphone.

Thanks to Samsung, which has broken the Galaxy Wearable app in a recent app update. It is the reason most of the users including me have to reinstall the app and pair the devices. And that’s where users including me found new wearables listed in the app.
It is a sign that Samsung is near to launching its next wearable devices at the August launch event. The Galaxy Watch 5 & Watch 5 Pro has already been found in the Samsung Health Beta app. Now, for the first time, we have seen Galaxy Buds2 Pro get revealed in the official app.
The picture shared by the user only shows Galaxy Watch 5 smartwatch, though there is also Watch 5 Pro, which might take some time to appear in the pairing app. Unfortunately, there won’t be a Classic variant this year with its iconic touch rotating bezel.
As per the report, Galaxy Watch 5 series will be announced at the August event along with the next foldable devices. For the Buds 2 Pro, some tipsters claim it might get launched at the end of July. As we are heading towards the month-end, we will know for sure.
The upcoming Galaxy Watch 5 series smartwatches have finally received their support pages on the official website. It is again one more step in the launching of the next Samsung smartwatches. These are necessary pages to display all the specifications, images, support videos, key features, buying links, and legal links. For now, the pages are not showing any information about the watches. When Samsung will announce the products, then these pages will go live for end users.
The pages have initially spotted by tipster Roland Quandt in the Norway, Netherlands, and Denmark regions. The spotted device models are SM-R905F, SM-R915F & SM-R925F numbers. Yes, this year, the company will only unveil three models on the market.
These model numbers have been assigned to Galaxy Watch 5 40mm, Galaxy Watch 5 44mm, and Galaxy Watch 5 Pro watches, respectively. These smartwatches could be non-LTE or LTE models, but not sure for now.
Galaxy Watch 5 series will unveil on August 10 along with other Galaxy Z Fold 4, Flip 4 & Buds Pro 2 devices. The pricing for the models will start from $300 for a smaller 40mm non-LTE model, and goes up to $540 for Watch 5 Pro LTE model.

In the latest update for Galaxy Wearable and Galaxy Watch4 Manager, Samsung has broken the apps. The updates for both essential apps have gone wrong, and now, Galaxy Wearable stopped working. Two days ago, the company has released a 2.2.49.22062261 update for Galaxy Wearable app. Unfortunately, the new version went wrong, and now it is not responding. The same issue has occurred for beta users, but later Samsung fixed it by releasing new version.
Now, after the plugin, the users who have not participated in the beta program are raising an issue with the Galaxy Wearable app. Many users on social media and Samsung forum have complained that the app has now stopped working.
We have also experienced it with our phone, and still, the pairing app is not responding. Samsung has acknowledged the issue with the Watch 4 Manager app and sent the latest version 2.2.11.22.063011 to tackle the problem. The issue with Galaxy Wearable is that it is not allowing users to open the app to make changes as mentioned by the company.
Hello, customer. We apologize for the inconvenience. Not allowing the “Nearby Devices” permission was a problem. Please run the Galaxy Wearable app and allow “Nearby Devices” permission before use. We will fix the problem and update it as soon as possible. If any other problem occurs, please send the log so we can quickly analyze the cause of the problem.
Samsung still has to release a fixed update for the Galaxy Wearable app in other countries where it hasn’t conducted a beta program. It may send a new version when they solved the problem.
Just after releasing 3D renders & images of the Galaxy Watch 5 series, a leaker has now revealed Galaxy Buds Pro 2. The same leaker 91Mobiles is behind this successful leak, which has offered us 3D renders and official images. Samsung decided to go with a name after its Pro earbuds, and that’s where we knew both will have some similarities. At least for now, we can confirm both carry the same design if we go with these images.
The main difference highlighted in the render is a panel on the top of each bud, which hints there will be a new sensor. It is difficult to speculate what is new Samsung is bringing to the new sensor. It could be a new feature or changes in the internal part.
The leaked images show three main color options for the buds. It may come with Bora purple, graphite, and white color options. Of course, there will be more colors from Samsung, when it enters the market.
The case looks similar to the Galaxy Buds 2 and it has a charging status LED on the front as well as a Type-C port for charging. The earbuds as usual have a microphone, speakers, a water-resistant tag, and many sensors.
Rumors claim bigger battery life on the Galaxy Buds Pro 2 for both earbuds and charging case. Further, we can expect better sound quality, more features, and a bigger battery from the next buds. According to the report, Buds Pro 2 may announce it in the August event or at the end of July.
