Samsung will tomorrow open the One UI Watch beta testing program for Galaxy Watch 4 series. Initially, it will open in South Korea and possibly at the same time in the US. As per the announcement, it will start recruiting Galaxy Watch 4 & Watch 4 Classic users from June 2 in South Korea. Now, just before beta recruitment, Samsung has released the official Watch 4 Beta Plugin in the home country. It is an essential app for Galaxy Watch 4 to enter into the program.

The company has already mentioned that to participate in the One UI Watch beta, users have to first install the Watch 4 Plugin app from the Galaxy Store. It is now available to download in South Korea, but right now, it doesn’t allow you to update the beta version.

The first beta version will be sequentially distributed to users. It means, Samsung will activate the beta firmware link tomorrow in South Korea & possibly in the US (not sure). There is no confirmation about how many seats are available in the first batch.

Watch 4 Beta Plugin

Some users in South Korea have successfully installed Watch 4 Beta plugin on their Samsung smartphones. And they have confirmed that the beta update link is not yet available to install.

For a reminder, the One UI Watch beta program is only supported on Galaxy Watch 4 & Watch 4 Classic. Also, to participate in this program, you should have a Samsung smartphone. To get ready, you should sign up for the Samsung Members app and register for the program. All the new features and changes in the latest beta will come to light when Samsung starts rolling out it.
