Samsung has come up with another budget smartphone for the Indian market. It has today launched Galaxy F13 with appreciable features that may attract first-time buyers. It is a similar version of the Galaxy M13 smartphone, which has recently debuted in Europe. Besides some differences, both carry the same features and settings. The Galaxy F13 has big 6.6-inch IPS LCD Infinity-V display with Full HD+ resolution and 480 nits peak brightness.
It supports a 60Hz refresh rate rather than 90Hz, which is available on Galaxy M13. It comes with an Auto data Switching feature, in which you can automatically change SIM 1 and SIM 2 in case of a slow internet connection or voice calls.
It runs on Android 12-based One UI 4.1 software version with all the services. It is a good move for Samsung to deploy the latest software update on the device. Users don’t have to wait for a future update as they are on the newest one. It is also eligible for the next Android 13-based One UI 5.0 version.
In the power management, it has equipped with Exynos 850 chipset and 4GB RAM. You can use an extra 4GB RAM Plus virtual memory to speed up the multitasking process. The F13 model has 50MP primary camera, 5MP ultrawide camera, 2MP depth sensor, and 8MP front-facing camera.
The budget-friendly smartphone has packed with a 6000mAh battery along with 15W fast charging support. In other features, the phone has a 3.5mm headphone jack, GPS, Type-C cable support, Dual-SIM support, and Wi-Fi 5 support.
It offers two variants – 4GB/64GB and 4GB/128GB. The smaller version is available for Rs. 11,999, and the 128GB variant is available for Rs. 12,999. You can purchase it from Flipkart or Samsung website in India.
