Today, Samsung has announced a new version of One UI Watch software, One UI 5 Watch. Last year in the same month, the company announced the One UI Watch version that later opened for users with beta testing. In the latest version, Samsung has focused on three major areas – sleep, safety features, and fitness tools. It will be only available for Galaxy Watch 4, Watch 5, and Watch 6 series gadgets.
In the sleep tool, it adds improved sleep coaching, and personalized sleep patterns to understand daily snoring, SpO2, and sleep phases. It will also make a better environment to sleep using different Samsung gadgets like SmartThings.
For the fitness enthusiast person or runners, there is a new heart rate zone. The feature will help you to enhance your workout through various features. It has a warm-up zone, fat-burn zone, cardio zone, hard-training zone, and max-effort zone. Further, real-time running analysis and customized interval training programs have also improved.
Lastly, Samsung has worked on safety features on the smartwatches. It has improved SoS, Fall Detection, and Medical Info functions on these devices. Like the previous year, Samsung may first open it for beta users and later it will launch the final version with Wear OS 4 software.
