Galaxy Z Fold 5 Might Be Dust Proof, No Upgrade in Camera

From Galaxy Fold to Galaxy Z Fold 4, Samsung came a long way in foldable smartphones. In every foldable phone, it has sincerely tried to improve its technology, and who forgets how it struggled with the hinge and many issues on Galaxy Fold? With the Galaxy Fold 4, we have seen many improvements, and it will continue with the upcoming Fold 5. As per a reliable tipster, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 for the first time might be dust resistant.

The tipster @chunvn8888 claims, the company will use a home-nurtured version of the raindrop hinge to make Fold 5 gap-less. And that’s where Samsung will win to announce it as a dust-proof device. Further tipster adds, even if it achieves this trademark there is less chance Samsung will advertise it that way.

Another factor is in this way Galaxy Z Fold 5 & Flip 5 will become lighter. Both devices may be 9-12g lighter than their predecessors. In every foldable phone, Samsung proved to achieve water resistance and dust resistance, and finally, it could be near to success.

Galaxy Z Fold 5 Camera

Another factor the camera may not be lucky to get the South Korean giant’s 200MP ISOCELL HP2 sensor. The Galaxy Z Fold 5 probably has the same sensor, but with small tweaks in performance. The low light performance and better zoom capabilities will be focused on here.

Galaxy Z Fold 5 & Flip 5 possibly launch next August. In the same event, Samsung will announce a few more products in different categories. The biggest highlight of the event will be also on Galaxy Watch 6 & Watch 6 Pro wearables. We might not see Galaxy Fit 3 & Buds 3 anytime soon.
